HGS Flu Vaccinations - December 2022
All pupils in the school are offered a flu vaccination which will take place on 14th December 2022. The vaccination is delivered via a nasal spray.
Pupils received a vaccination consent form last Wednesday. Could you please ensure that, if your child has not already returned their form, they do so in PLP on Wednesday 31/8. Forms can also be returned to the school office. Thanks to those of you who have already returned this.
If your child has not received their form it can be collected from the school office.
