Music
Welcome to the Music Department
In Music, pupils develop skills on at least two instruments, performing both solo and in a variety of group situations.
Pupils will learn how to compose music through music technology and develop listening skills relating to music from around the world. Skills developed include communication, confidence, teamwork, problem solving and skills specific to their chosen instrument. Studying music affords pupils the opportunity to develop a skill for life.
